Photoshop CC 2017: Brush Lag still exists as for late (Video proof inside)

When drawing for too much time or, in this case, barely , using a Wacom Intuos Pro 2017 Medium and it's LATEST DRIVERS (Same goes to Nvidia), this happens starting at 0:09.. When drawing the mask at the left side of the drawing area, you can notice that sketching out such part takes a second or miliseconds to make the sketch strokes to appear..




Is there a fix for this?




Before you ask yes, the Performance section's GPU settings is set to Basic like everybody did, but noooo, it won't happen...

Hi,

I'm experiencing lag with zooming and lag with brush strokes with newly installed photoshop cc on new (faster) laptop. I didn't experience it on my old laptop. The lag occures with masking in and out, and with stamp tool and healing tool. When googling it I see a lot of people experiencing it as of late. Is there a way to go back to older updates/versions of cc? I am a fulltime retoucher and this is unworkable at the moment. Brush performance already set to basic. 

Need a fix fast!

You can revert to previous versions of PS using the CC app under Find Additional Apps.

Such option is NOT in my actual ACC app on W7
