Hy there,

at all I'm from Germany so my English is not as good as it should be.

After installing Photoshop CC on my clean and fully updated Windows PC I fugured out that Photoshop actual doesn't work for me. My Problem was that i can't open any file (.jpg/.psd). Drag'n'Drop don't work either. After many research I found some solutions:
The "strg + break" problem showed me no solution.
I found in an another thread that I should "uncheck" under the "notifications on startup".

After that I was able to get a crash and a crash report:

!The important things!
EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\>random<\atig6txx.dll

So i decided to look for what the atig6txx.dll is. In a way is this dll. for multiscreen purposes. And the solution is to disable my second monitor. Starting Photoshop and opening/working is now normal I can also activate the second screen again and it still work. BUT if I close Photoshop and open it, Photoshop crashs again.

For information:
1. Monitor run on AMD R9 390
2. Monitor run on IntelHD4000
All drivers up to date!

This issue is repeatable.

Kind regards
a customer
