Photoshop CC 2015 - video driver bugs cause black blocks on image display

Now I found another problem... Zoom fail with any tool, look at this print:

Raoni, that appears to be an issue with your graphics driver.  In any event, it's a different topic.  Please start a new thread for that topic.

It ́s a i7, GeForce GTX 850, 16gb ram... don't worry about my computer... anyway, this fail doesn't happen with the Ps CC2014.

And I disagree that it should be another topic because, as I've already said before, the first problem happens with the zoom and pen tool. The point here is that both problems have the zoom function in comom. I'm just trying to help you with the troubleshooting.

Update your video card driver from the GPU maker's website.
If you cannot update your video card driver for some reason, then you need to disable GPU drawing in Photoshop until you can get a new driver that fixes the bugs in the driver.
