Photoshop CC 2015 - Unusuably slow, unresponsive, constantly crashes on my system

Updated to the most recent Photoshop CC 2015 today and now it crashes if I turn on Graphic Card support and the tools are exceptionally slow to use, most of the time the screen doesn't update, instead it slowly reveals the changes in parts... I will see some of the image change in large 250 pixel-sized squares in a grid formation, while others remain in their previous history state. It can take two or three minutes for a basic fill function to fill a small 800 pixel image with a solid color.

I was not having these issues before the update.

What OS version are you using?
What you are describing sounds like a video card driver bug.
If you are on Windows, update the driver from the GPU maker's website. If you cannot update the driver for some reason, disable GPU drawing in Photoshop's preferences until you can obtain an updated driver to fix the bugs.

Thanks for the advice, I updated all the drivers, but it made no difference. The graphics card isn't on list of Adobe tested graphic card models (AMD Radeon HD 8350.) I've rolled back to Photoshop CC 2014
