Photoshop CC 2015 > Problem with moving layers along X axis with Shift modifier

It is virtually impossible to move several layers on canvas along horizontal axis with Shift key modifier.
See screen recording: https://www.dropbox.com/s/aihj0jlgevi...

What happens there:
1. I select a shape layer and a text layer.
2. I press Shift key and start dragging layers along X axis.
And there is the problem — no matter how precise I try, layers do not move horizontally at all, only diagonally or vertically.
3. Though the strange thing is that there is no problem with vertical movement — if I do the same along Y axis the layers move as they should.

Please find the problem and fix. I noticed that problem long ago in CC.

To me it look like your shift key is stuck or you not letting up and re pressing the shift key once you lock the move to the vertical direction. So all you can do in move the layers straight up or down. Once locked to vertical you can not move left and right till you let the shift key up and start moving left or right and press the shift key to lock the move to left and right.

I'm certain that its not the case. Because (1) Shift key is fine in all other apps and release it each time you see it on screen recording and (2) dragging with Shift works fine in all directions with only one layer selected — the problem I screen-recorded happened only with more than one layers selected.

Another interesting detail that this problem goes if I make Grid visible — group of layers start to move along x axis as expected. But once I turn of grid visibility the problem is here again — when I can't move group of layers horizontally with Shift.
