Photoshop CC 2015 Lagging and Delayed Response Rate after update

Once I updated to CC 2015... Photoshop is laggy and slightly delayed in using Photoshop in general. Here's my system info:

ADOBE, please have a fix for this!!!!! I cannot edit anything without a 9sec pause.

First, install the CC 2015.0.1 update.

You can try disabling font previews (which can slow down due to corrupt font files or corrupt OS font caches), and killing the CCLibrary process (it'll get relaunched, but sometimes gets hung for reasons we haven't figured out or reproduced yet).

Beyond that, all we've seen causing slowdowns are bugs in third party plugins, and conflicts with third party applications.
