Photoshop CC (2015) won't open. When I try to open the program through the Creative Cloud application I get the following Windows message:

Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 has stopped working

This issue started happening yesterday after an update. I have tried re-installing Photoshop and re-installing Creative Cloud & Photoshop but neither has resolved the issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have any ideas on how I can fix the problem?

Mine too - used adobe remote support to fix the issue. tech advised that this upgrade had effected some systems. - relatively easy fix. assuming you are running W7 with service pack 1 or higher. all seems to be fine now.

Hi Jefffery,

I have been through the document above and tried all the steps but unfortunately I am still getting the same message.

Is there any further information I could provide to help you with the investigation of the issue?

Thanks,
Josh.

Hi Jeffrey,

I won't be able to get this information because I am unable to load Photoshop.

Is there any other way to get this info?

Thanks,
Josh.

Just an update on this issue.

I have installed the latest update (29/07/2015) for PS CC 2015 on my machine but unfortunately I am still experiencing the same issue.

If there are any further suggestions on how I can resolve this issue it'd be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Josh.

I have now managed to get Photoshop CC 2015 now working on my machine.

To get the application working I installed the latest Windows 7 updates which were available as I currently have them set to not auto update.

Hi I am also facing same problem as you faced same screenshot and message. Could you please tell me how which windows-7 are you using I mean Windows-7 professional or ultimate? and also is there some kind of service pack also needed for installing most of the creative cloud apps?
