Photoshop CC 2015 does not start ..and throws a 0Xc000007b" error.

I installed the Photoshop CC 2015. When I try to Open the application then I get an error "Unable to start program 0Xc000007b error. I am running Windows 10. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. Kindly let me know as this is causing a huge delay in my work.

We need to see the rest of the detailed crash report, from the system event viewer or reliability reports.

That crash report would list the name of the faulting module.
