What does the detailed crash report say? (check the system event viewer or reliability reports)

Have you updated the driver from NVidia's website?
Do you have a second GPU in the system? If so, have you updated that driver as well?

That says that your intel video card driver is crashing.
And the warning further tells you that your video card drivers are crashing.

If the latest drivers from Intel's website don't fix the problem -- see if you have automatic graphics switching. If you do, then disable it and make sure Photoshop always uses the more capable (NVidia) GPU.

Done that, and using the NVIDIA experience it is, yet it still cannot see the graphics processor. The minute I go into preferences and select Use Graphics Processor, CRASHES.

Yes, the problem is in the video card driver, otherwise you would not crash in the video card driver.

Most other applications are not using the GPU as heavily as Photoshop, and will not encounter as many problems (just like you don't encounter potholes on roads you don't travel).

Reinstalling Photoshop won't help at all with bugs in your video card driver.

Again, the Intel video driver code is crashing -- please contact Intel and work with them to figure out why their driver is crashing on your system.

I took it off, disabled it using the nvidia driver exclusively and photoshop still cannot see it .... And when I click the use graphics processor... Still crashes ....it cannot be both drivers ... Or Intel since it is now removed from the picture and disabled. Hate to keep beating this drum but the program still crashes

If you have a crash report that shows it crashing somewhere other than the video card driver - then please post it here.

But so far all of your evidence points squarely to a video card driver bug.

SO, on an NON Intel (disabled), PS re-installed, clean start, under preferences it did not see the NVIDIA card. I pressed the use graphics processor, and two seconds later it FOUND my Nvidia card without issue. I am going to keep INTEL disabled when I run PS. I have also started conversations with INTEL and I will keep the community informed with what I find. Cheers, now to some serious editing....

Hi Guillermo
Thanks for that info. I'm having the same issue. Could you actually provide more detail how did you sort it out? I'm having an absolute nightmare with photoshop crashes.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks
