Photoshop CC 2015 crashing on MacOS

I am experiencing constant crashes in Photoshop CC 2015 as well. I have a 27" 2013 IMAC.

Mostly I cannot open photoshop at all. If it does fully open...it'll hang up forever when I try file --- > open. This obviously makes the software useless to me. Will Adobe refund days that the product being paid for is unusable? Will you be releasing a more reliable product in the near future?

I am trying to work over here...

You said it was crashing, then you say it hangs -- well, which is it?
Those are two completely different behaviors.

If it is crashing, then we need to see the long, detailed crash log.

If it is hanging, then we need to know when it hangs so we can try to help you figure out what is going wrong on your system.

It is both. It hangs forever most often though. During one of the 1 in 12 times where I could get in...I turned off the GPU enhancement. Unfortunately for me that was about 10 minutes before bed. I just tried it again now...it hung. (Spinning ball forever when I try to hit the file ---- > open. )

Oh wait...it opened..after a good 3 minutes of ball spinning.

Is this the new normal?

No, but it means that something on your system is causing it to hang - while it doesn't do that on millions of other systems.

Again, if you are seeing a crash, then we need to see the long, detailed crash report to determine why you are crashing.
