Photoshop CC 2015: Crashes when opening a photo or quitting the program (out of date video card driver)

Adobe Photoshop Version: 2015.1.2
When I have Photoshop open but am not actively using it and then open a photo, the program will crash. It's random and does not happen every time, but more often than not it will crash. Same for quitting the program as well. I get a crash pop-up.
I've uninstalled and then reinstalled with no luck.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks.

What OS version are you using?
What does the detailed crash report say?

Windows 7 and I've attached a screenshot of the error. I don't get an option to see any other report or expand this for more details.

Thanks!

We need to see the details of the crash, not the crash dialog.
Look in the system event viewer or reliability reports. We are looking for the name of the faulting module (which is probably a third party plugin or video card driver).

I was able to locate this. Is this more in line with what we need to see?

Yes, and that tells us that your Intel video card driver is crashing. Update the driver from Intel's website.
If you have other GPUs in the system, also update their drivers from the GPU makers' websites.

See the troubleshooting here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html#topic-3

Do you have more than one graphics card?

Just wanted to update to thread. Updating the driver for the Graphics Card seems to have worked. Photoshop has not crashed on me once today!

I appreciate everyone's help!
