Photoshop CC 2015: Any way to set layer placement at top of Layers Panel when dragging in from another document ?

Before I start, I know for every 100 people you ask there will be 100 different opinions on what "default" behaviours should be.

So is there a way I can make layers dragged from one document/tab into another document/tab default to the top of the Layers Panel instead of just above the active layer within the receiving document?

No, there is currently no way to do that.

Pretty straight forward answer.

Any plans to add layer placement options in the future? Seems to come up a lot; where layers are place by default. Since there's no right or wrong way to set this a user set preference or option would be awesome.

Apple needs to come out with a keyboard that has more modifier keys. Then Microsoft will do the same, plus one more.  '-}
