Photoshop CC 2015 and Win 10 upgrade

I upgraded from win 8.1 to Win 10. Just tried launching Photoshop CC2015 and receive the following message window: “Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, Please reinstall the application.”
I updated Photoshop to the latest release, and it still wouldn’t open and gave me the same message. Photoshop CC2014 opens just fine. Lightroom works as well. Any suggestions?

You need to uninstall Photoshop CC 2015, then reinstall the application.

It is also possible that permission errors on your system (caused by the Win10 update) are preventing some components from installing correctly.

Thanks Chris. I did exactly that, and Photoshop loads fine. However, when I open a CR2 file in Camera Raw and then open the edited CR2 file, Photoshop locks up. I am assuming that it's due to my Graphics card. I think I have the latest driver for it. (Update) I have since turned off Graphic acceleration, which allows me to open the edited RAW file. This Graphics card is a 2012 model "Pegatron Radeon HD 7570" 2 GB. I think I will invest in a newer card.

Yes, that is caused by known bugs in the AMD video card driver.
Turning off GPU usage in ACR should help avoid that.
AMD is still working on a solution.
