Trying to run Photoshop CC2014.

I'm getting the error "The application was unable to start correctly 0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling,32bit, 64bit,run as administrator, run on alternate GPU, etc. Running windows 7 Professional SP1.

First, go update your video card driver from the GPU maker's website.

Then look at the detailed crash log in the system event viewer to see exactly which module is causing the crash.

I'm not a computer wizard so all I can see is the program itself seems to be the problem?
