AMD Video Driver crashes while running Photoshop CC 2014

For some reason, whenever I launch Photoshop, it crashes my video driver.

Most times the driver will recover, I then have to create a new document in PS which give me some error message about the video card not being up to par. Once I close that new document, I can use without issue.

All other times, the video card never recovers, after many attempts I'm left with a screen in which I cannot see anything and forced to hit the reset button sacrificing everything that I happen to be working on at that moment.

The exception, is if I open PS right after I reboot the computer. It will them open 100% of the time with no issues.

This has been happening for quite a while now, I've updated the video driver a few times, but this has never helped anything, and this issues is getting very frustratiing to say the least.

Dual 23" HD IPS Monitors running on
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

Driver info:
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.

Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher

Please advise!

Updating the video card driver usually solves the bugs in the old driver.
If not, then you need to contact AMD/ATI to see what is wrong with the driver on your system, or if they need more information to fix a bug that still exists in the current driver code.
