Photoshop CC 2014: Can Not Include Scripts in Actions

We use a lot of custom Photoshop scripts at work. I usually start them by creating a custom action that loads the specific script.

In Photoshop CC 2014, when creating a new action, the command "File -> Scripts -> Browse" is not recorded anymore.

Steps to reproduce: Create a new action, make sure it records. Go to File -> Scripts -> Browse and select any Photoshop jsx script. The action is not recorded.

I just tried it again - I think the behavior might have been changed. I have tried a script that takes very long to execute, but has a cancel button up front. In previous Photoshop versions, the script was recorded as part of the action immediately after selecting it in the file browser. With the latest PS version it seems as if it has to run till the end to be recorded as an action at all. PS CC (non 2014) records the script instantly by comparison, even if clicking cancel.
