Photoshop CC 19.1: "Stamp visible" (cmd-opt-shift-e) should create a new layer (above the currently selected layer) containing a flattened copy of the image. The shortcut will not work.

On Mac, it works well at home Photoshop CC 19.1 macOS 10.13.3 French version. By cons, I can not find where is this keyboard shortcut? (maj + cmd + opt + e )

Do you have more than just the Background layer? That shortcut doesn't work with a flat image and you use cmd/ctrl-J instead...
Can you post a screenshot of your layers if not?

2 examples, the first, the 3 lower layers are selected before executing the shortcut (shift + cmd + opt + e), the second, only the first and third slap were selected .... And everything is correctly assembled on the last upper layer!

By cons against this shortcut can not be found in the read of keyboard shortcuts?
