I've never had this problem before, but since installing Mojave I have had an issue when any brush stroke needs to be processed by Photoshop. The spinning wheel appears, no matter how simple the brush stroke is. Its very frustrating!

Hello, i managed to fix the issue by allowing photoshop access to accessibility in Security & Privacy. No more processing on my side when using a brush.

In fact, i always deny applications access so i did not allowed photoshop in thr first place when the program asked me for that.

This is an issue mentionned by adobe on 10.14 at the following link: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/...

Photoshop already has access to Accessibility on my system and I still get the spinning wheel during brush strokes.

I have given Photoshop access to Accessibility via the lock/privacy steps and still have the spinning wheel.

If you're running 20.0.1, you will need to run this terminal command: Pen pressure does not work and busy cursor displays while painting
