Hi guys,
I want to open a dng file/Raw file but camera Raw won't open.
Here are the things I've tried.

This error keeps popping up and all the link does is send me to an error 404 page.

So still nothing. Does anyone have a solution to this please and thanks

So I tired a different dng file from my hard drive and that worked. I never thought it could have been the file. It was from a program called Topaz Denoise AI and when saving out in DNG it seems to make the files corrupt. Might be a bug on the software's end.
Thanks for the help guys

so a DNG file is an open standard. RAW is proprietary.
What type of file is it?
looks like a DNG, not a raw.

It was originally a PSD and I exported it out as a TIFF. I then brought it into Topaz Denoise AI and saved it out as a DNG.

Hi Brian,
Yes saving it as TIFF, PNG or other formats does work. I was just hoping to have DNG format though.
My phantom error with camera RAW is fixed so that's good ha.
Thank you.

It looks like its a problem with Topaz then, not writing DNG files in compatible format and not photoshop issue s such. Having said that Topaz seems to claim it is compatable https://help.topazlabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022364172-JPEG-to-RAW-AI-File-Output-Support
