Photoshop Bug? Textlayer in Folder with opacity has a different appearance than Textlayer with same opacity outside a Folder

I have a weird behavior here: Having a folder with 50% opacity containing a Textlayer with color black is darker than the same Textlayer outside a folder with opacity set to 50%.
Rasterising the Text makes both layers look the same.

It's not bug. This happens because you are using this settings: http://sklad.bereza.cz/00-jarda/00_screenshot/2017-01-20_202959.jpg
(Blend text using gamma)

Text in group has 100 opacity and from this value is computed text blending. Text outside group has 50 opacity and blending is computed with this different input.
