Update your video card drivers (for all GPUs in your system) from the GPU maker's website (Intel, Nvidia, or AMD/ATI) to fix the driver bugs causing the flickering.

What do you mean "cursor acuses hd intermittent use"?

The drivers are updated.
It's not flickering. It turns black and white and the cursor blinks together, showing that little blue circle when ssd is acessed. It seems photoshop tries to acces a plugin and begin a loop.

Did you update the drivers from the GPU maker's websites? (getting the two year old drivers from Microsoft will not help)

And that sounds like you have some other utility on your system changing the cursor, possibly related to your SSD drive.

Plugins are either loaded at launch, or when you tell Photoshop to use the plugin (on demand). So what you are describing is unlikely to be related to a plugin, but you might try disabling all third party plugins by launching Photoshop with the shift key held down.

Start workspace was trying to launch and failing...It creates a loop, Don't know why...
I disabled it on preferences>general and now it works.
Thanks for your time and interest !

Hmm, ok, not how it normally fails.
Thanks for the update, and we'll have to investigate.
