just updated photoshop to v20 and discovered that i can not use the brush tool with my wacom stylus CTH-490.

The brush tool is selected and works fine with my mouse but when i use the wacom stylus, it becomes an eyedropper, even though the brush tool is still selected (See attached image)

As far as I can tell, the other tools work properly. But i can not use the brush tool with my stylus. It was working 100% fine before the latest update.

What OS? That looks like the Alt/Opt key thinks it is down.

im having this exact same problem but it started out of nowhere, I didn't install anything or upgrade, I was actually in the middle of a drawing, using the tablet and it suddenly started doing this, what can I do?

Same situation here. Tried installing a couple of older versions but still won't fix the problem. Has anyone figured this out yet? Please help!

I'm having the exact same problem - using Wacom pen with Photoshop CC 20.0.5, brush tool will suddenly "morph" into eyedropper tool on an intermittent and seemingly random basis (almost always happens when I initially pick up the pen to begin working).  I'm on a Mac running Mojave 10.14.5 and the latest Wacom driver 6.3.35-2.  Mouse works normally with brush.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Wacom driver several times to no avail.  Any update on possible solutions as of July 2019?
