My journey with Photoshop is pretty long , i found a bug which was never solved in any of the versions or may be no one has ever complained about it, its brush painting cursor tool ,my default setting on brush painting cursor is set to Normal Brush tip, but i have no idea how it happens in the middle of brushing most of the time i end up cursor changing automatically  to Precise , although if i go to edit - preferences -  cursors it shows Normal Brush is selected but it performs like Precise ( no brush boundaries ). Now i figure out some lame solutions which works perfectly fine but very bugging though , the solutions are as follows either i save my file and restart Photoshop and auto solve the issues, 2nd solution is i go to edit - preferences -  cursors and change to Precise and it act like Normal Bursh Tip ( which is very stupid ) but its works . 3rd solution is i turned on the CAP LOCKS on keyboard  so it shows the Normal Brush Tip.  I strongly believe this problems need to be solved.

Do you have CAPS LOCK on? That switches to the precise cursor.
