Windows 7
Photoshop CC 2017

1. The file was saved
2. I left this file open in Photoshop and  a few other files (May 1)
3. Then, there was  power (electricity) shortage (May 1)
4. When I started Photoshop other files had recovery copy but not the one I saved
5. When I tried to open the file I got only black background (May 2 - I didn't re-save the file). The image is attached.

If you google PSD file recovery, there seem to be some solutions out there.  Did you try those?

Yes, I tried few recovery programs:
- PSD Repair kit
- Stellar Phoenix PSD Repair
- Repair Photoshop PSD

If you know another one please let me know. Thank you!

There doesn't even seem to be a composite to try and recover. Sorry. Power outages are deadly for files that are saving.

It's been 2 hours between I saved file and power shutdown.
