Photoshop 21.1: Crashes on quit with Luminar plug-ins

I'm running MacOS Catalina 10.15.3 on a Macbook Pro 2016. After installing the latest update (21.1) I was hopeful that they had fixed the "save as" problem which doesn't override the file but puts a copy in the name and leaves the original file alone. But it didn't fix this bug. So, ok, I'll work with 21.1 and at least other stuff will be fixed, right? but NOOOO, I have a couple more issues with this release.
First, If I quit photoshop, it just crashes, asking if I want to reopen or ignore it.Second, I use Luminar 3, 4 and flex and other plugins. While the other plugin still works, Luminar doesn't with the latest update. Don't know who's to blame but it's a bit weird that it did that. So I uninstalled 21.1 and went back to 21.0.3 and my plugin all work and I can quit with no problem. I still can't save as correctly but since this bug wasn't fixed anyway, no big deal.

We don't use that plugin, but we find Photoshop 21.1 crashes for all our users every time we quit the program after using it without a problem all day. We are on Mojave 10.14.6. Looks like a patch is in order to fix some kind os bug(s) with the quitting process.

Hmm, I thought my problem was more related to Catalina, but if you're also having problems with Mojave, that's not it.
