Hi, I have a problem with changing a gradient in Photoshop. I am using version 21.0.0 and if I want to change a gradient, the  MAC-Beachball appears and stays permanent. Photoshop doesn't work anymore and I have to start it again.

Can you please update to Photoshop 21.0.1 which was released this AM and let me know if you're still having trouble? https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/photoshop-desktop-21-0-1-and-photoshop-mobile...

Thanks.

Hi Jeff,
My CC app still says 21.0. How do I force a refresh with the new interface on the CC app?

Hi Jane,
To update to the the latest version, 21.0.1, please open Creative Cloud Desktop.
For Mac, that will be in the upper right part of your window.
For Windows, that will be in the lower right part of your window.

From the Creative Cloud Desktop app, click the Apps tab.
Then you should see an Updates menu item in the left pane.

I hope this helps.

Hi Andrew,
Yes, I did all of that, and no — 21.0.1 is not showing yet. The old app had a refresh command. Is it being rolled out?

Hi Jeff — I had checked for updates from the Help menu as well and that also failed. The thing that worked was waiting 24 hours. With the old CC app there was a refresh button and I can’t find that in the new app. Possibly signing out and signing back in would have worked yesterday.

Hello,

oh, that was fast.
I ́ve updated to Photoshop 21.0.1 and it works.

The first test was ok, with version 21.0.0 it crashes every time.

The problem seemed to be solved.

Thank you for the support.
