Photoshop 2020 screen was all black even if I could see the opened file's name, so I followed the instructions on this link https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#restore_preferences to set back the Adobe Photoshop Preference to the default, by moving the file to desktop and then restart PS. The trick worked, but now, I can't attach to this message the zip folder with the corrupted file for you to take a look at what is wrong with photoshop2020, as per the advise on that video/link above. Am I missing something?

I suspect it was a GPU setting.

Will do.  One more question, once the Adobe Photoshop 2020 Prefs.psp file is on my desktop (the corrupted one that I removed as per the video instructions) and since the problem was resolved, do I send it to the trash?
