Is there a way to get someone on an Adobe team (Product Manager, Engineer, etc.) to look at a Forum thread, to accelerate it? I've been monitoring (and trying to help with) this Photoshop issue for about a week now.

We already do read the forum topics, and have replied to that topic.

But we haven't reproduced a slowdown.

We have seen customers with bugs in third party plugins, bugs in utility programs (antivirus, font management, etc.), and bugs in other applications cause slowdowns for Photoshop.

Yes Chris, I do recognize your name as one of the people helping on this thread and I'm glad the "complainer" backed off. I did see a positive post today, that performance was better on a home computer. Maybe this is an Enterprise or Firewall issue. I just didn't know who else to check with...

Yes, an enterprise (mis)configuration could explain some problems -- but we need to know what configuration change is causing it.

We test every day in a firewalled situation, and have no problems.
We test often without a network, or with slow networks, and have seen no problems.
