Photoshop 20.0.8 & 21.0.2 slow, crashing Mojave

Hey! I've been having issues for awhile, since 20.0.5 or so. I've continued to have issues in Photoshop into 20.0.8 & 21.0.2. Any tool selects immediately, but using it takes seconds to appear like making a brush stroke or using marquee and PS pretty much consistently crashes after a minute. Resetting preferences doesn't seem to do anything.

I sent the crash report to adobe with my email, but if there is a way to upload it here I saved it.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be a big help. Thank you!

MacBook Pro 15" 2017, Pro 560/Intel 630, Mojave 10.14.6

Hi Jeff,
Can you share a PSD file and exact steps of how you're producing the crash.  We can search for your crash report, but to get the complete picture the steps and PSD you're working with tremendously help.

Sincerely,
Andrew

Hi Jeff,

I did a search to try and find submitted crash reports and couldn't find any. If you're still seeing crashing, pleasesubmit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html

I have similar problem after running creative cloud updates; on MBP 15" Retina early 2013, OSX Mojave, running Photoshop 19.1.9, camera raw v12, zooming in, brush edits in camera raw, became painfully slow, colorwheel keeps spinning after every stroke, and eventually freezes then crashes photoshop.  sent many successive crash reports to adobe and apple, but no response and resolution.

ultimately, installed camera raw v10 installer, just to finish the work.

Am now teaching myself Capture one.
