Well, that sounds like Internet Explorer is crashing, but we'll see if we can help.

What OS version are you using?

Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?

Which Adobe application are you using?

How are you downloading the photos? Where are you downloading them from?

I'm using Internet Explorer 9 and Adobe Reader 9. I uploaded my photos to Photoshop and when I try to download them again on to my computer, it does not download and just crashes.

Again, how are you downloading the photos? Are you just right clicking them in Explorer, or using a button on the web site? Which web site are you downloading them from?

Photoshop does not have upload or download capabilities. Are you using Photoshop.com, Carousel, or perhaps Photoshop Express?

I'm using Photoshop.com. I upload photos on to the website, edit them, then download them again. When I click the download button on the website, Internet Explorer crashes then reopens the page. This happens everytime I try to download a photo.

OK, that narrows it down a bit. Unfortunately, that means that you're looking at a serious bug in Internet Explorer. It may be in the javascript engine, download code, image handling code, or something external (malware). Microsoft will have to track down the specifics.

You could try using another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome to download the images.

But, since I haven't heard many people having such problems with IE, you should probably check out your system for problems: malware, corrupt files, disk problems, etc.
