Please help!!! Photoshop.com status said all my photos and albums were transferred to AdobeRevel.com but when I sign in none of my albums or photos are there! There were thousands of .jpeg digital photos, no videos. Why are they not visible when I log into Revel????

Scott-

Assuming your migration is complete, you should be able to log in to Revel with the same adobe id (email) that you used on Photoshop.com and see if you see your photos in one of libraries mentioned below.

Did you already have a Revel account when your files were migrated? If you did not, then the photos would move to Scott's library. If you already had an account with an existing library and photos, then migrated files would be moved to a library named "Photoshop.com library". To change libraries, use the menu on the upper left at adoberevel.com, or go into Settings, if on iOS or Mac.

Are you an Elements user? Many of our Elements users have photos in the organizer that were not synced with Photoshop.com before the migration. In this case, they were not in Photoshop.com, so they never were migrated to Revel. They can still manually be uploaded though. This is easy to verify by logging in to Photoshop.com and comparing what you see to with what you see in the Elements organizer.

Your files will remain in Photoshop.com until 6/18, but after migration you can not add to them.

Please check all of the libraries and I will check your accounts also.Let me know if you are able to see the files.
