Photos in Lightroom Online dont get updated.

I have created a collection with the final JPGS to show them to a client. I have synced the collection to Lr Mobile, but later I have changed those JPGS with new editions, same name for each file of course, but I still see the old ones online. So my clients don't see the changes I make in those files.

I hope I have explained myself and anyone can give me an idea about what to do.

Are the new versions with the new names also in the same collection you synced earlier?

All the photos are with the same names, let me give you an example:
I have photo1.jpg in that collection I edit it in PS to clone out something, then in LR I can see that the JPG is updated, I wait that everything is synced to LR mobile but when I go to the web the photo1.jpg is not updated it still has that thing I cloned out in PS - I don't change names or anything I just edit the files in LR or PS expecting them to sync with the website so my clients can see the changes.

If the file has not moved and no new file has been created, then you need to test to make sure that:

You are logged in to your Creative Cloud ID on both the Desktop and the Mobile device.

Also, check both the make sure that you haven't inadvertently paused syncing on both devices.

In my Desktop the sync is ON, in fact I waited until I saw that the 38 files finished syncing.
In my ipad it says everything is Updated but for example I still see in color some photos I turned into BW
In the public link of the collection happens the same I still see the old photos.

And this is only a problem with photos edited in PS? What happens if you make a LR change to one of the photos (tweak clarity by +1 or something like that). Does that trigger it?

I hadnt' tested that but yes, it only happens when I edit the photo in PS, I just turned BW one photo with LR and it got updated immediately.

Everything done in LR is updated because it only updates (I guess) the metadata and adjustments written in the XMP but not the actual preview file it has uploaded.

Is there any way i can force it to create new preview files online¿? Otherwise I have to be creating new collections and renaming files every time i update a final jpg file with tiny retouching.

For example the photo I attach, it should be all color, no bW at all. since that's how it's in my desktop but in the iPad I still see the old file, though it states that everything is updated

I found the error. It has to do with the Smart Previews, I switched off the option to use the smart previews under performance in the catalog options and it worked. I think this is a LR bug anyway, that should be fixed.
