So far when people report that problem, it's because they have moved or deleted the scripts that drive photomerge from the Photoshop presets folder.

Hi Chris thank you for your reply my mac went in for a new hard drive & then a back up from the time capsule

I don't know where that file would sit let alone delete it I think there is a bug in CS5 there is to many people with the same problem to have just deleted that file I not 100% certain I did not delete that file

Hi Stephen,

Two things:

Double-check to make sure the script is at this location:

/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS5/Presets/Scripts/Photomerge.jsx

And that this folder is also present:

/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS5/Presets/Scripts/Stack Scripts Only

If the scripts are present:

What is the name of the hard drive that you have Photoshop CS5 installed on?

Cool. Thanks for the update. If it worked prior, my guess is that TimeMachine might not have done the restore correctly.

You may need to reinstall (and reapply updates) to get the file that was deleted.
But it's always easiest if you just copy it from another machine or backup.
