Photomerge Barrel Distortion In Part Of The Image

I am merging 3 photos and after the panorama is created, there is a little barrel distortion in part of the image. I think that it is because I didn't have enough overlap between those two photos. Is there a method I can use to "pick up" the sagging part of the photo, if you know what I mean? Thanks

Actually, it's just the building that looks a little curved, not the entire section. The picture is a panorama of the view from our room in St. Lucia. the problem is one building in the picture, the horizon within that same section of the picture is straight.

You could use liquify, or the puppet warp tool.

I don’t think this is due to lacking overlap.
In a panorama over an angle this wide such a distorsion would seem unavoidable, like with an extremely wide lens.
Maybe this illustrates the issue: In a central perspective parallel lines (unless also parallel to the picture plane) converge – as in this panorama both vanishing points are in effect the straight line has to be bent.

But Mr.Cox has pointed out options for local corrections already anyway.
The Filter Displace would be another one, but rather less comfortable.
