You still haven't told us which product you are using, or why you are having trouble downloading images. This web site supports a dozen or so Photoshop related products. The instructions for how to use each are quite different. And none of our products require you to "buy my own pictures back and I quit usig it after 10 years.". So, honestly, we have no idea what you're referring to.

Also, Photoshop is a trademark of Adobe Systems. Photoshop is a proper noun, not a verb.

I want to know after I upload a photo and crop or enhance in someway can I then download that photo or do I have to store them and purchase my photo if I want a copy. Thanks for the lesson on verbs and nouns.

Second thought you are very rude so just forget I do not want to do business with your company.

I'm trying to help you, but you aren't telling us what you're talking about, so we can't provide any specific help.

OK, "upload a photo" means you might be using Photoshop.com, Photoshop Express, Photoshop Elements, or Carousel. That narrows down the possibilities of which product you are using a little. All but Carousel will allow you to download/store the image you have edited on the web site, without being charged any additional fees. Photoshop.com does have fees if you purchase additional storage beyond the basics, and I don't recall their policy if you let the subscription expire. Elements always edits locally, but can sync files to Photoshop.com. Carousel edits your photo locally, so you always have a local copy even though it's sync'd to the cloud. But Carousel is a subscription service, and has a time limit for storing your images after you end the trial or stop your subscription.

We have no service which will charge you to download a copy of an image you have previously uploaded, even if you edited the file online.
