I have various files of jpg photos in different resolutions. I would like to have all photos with 2000+ pixels but need to save them in 150 dpi. How can I change the dpi to 150 and also, how can I increase pixels without loosing great quality?

Image Processor would work best for this process. File>Scripts>Image Processor...

You can use "Resize to..." check box, or if you want to experiment, run an action instead that does image resizing using the "Preserve Details" enlargement interpolation method.
