I defined perspective planes with the Layout tool and then switched to the Warp tool and attempted to move the centre point.

Update your video card drivers. This issue went away for me when I got the latest Nvidia drivers.

does perspsective warp require 512mg video ram? its grayed out on my macbook pro with 256 vram

Well David, I'm sad to say that your fix worked. Sad because I keep my drivers relatively up to date (pretty sure I updated as recently as mid December), and such a feature really doesn't seem like it should require bleeding edge graphics card drivers.
Ah well, at least I can perspective warp now.
For those curious, I had to update my GTX 670 (2 GB video ram) to the GeForce 332.21 driver, which was released Jan 7 2014.

I was told to update my graphics driver too via live chat by Photoshop because could not access Perspective Warp. Updated Intel (R) today 6/2/15. Still No Access. Still Greyed out. Help!!!!!
