Photoshop CC 14.2 x64: Perspective Warp is not working correctly... polygons are skewing improperly in warp mode.

Here's a before and after:

Hi,

What controls did you use in the warp mode?

I took a screenshot of your before and warped it to have the camera view more over the box.

I defined perspective planes with the Layout tool and then switched to the Warp tool and attempted to move the centre point.

Here's a video showing what I did, and the results I received:

Update your video card drivers. This issue went away for me when I got the latest Nvidia drivers.

Well David, I'm sad to say that your fix worked. Sad because I keep my drivers relatively up to date (pretty sure I updated as recently as mid December), and such a feature really doesn't seem like it should require bleeding edge graphics card drivers.

Ah well, at least I can perspective warp now.

For those curious, I had to update my GTX 670 (2 GB video ram) to the GeForce 332.21 driver, which was released Jan 7 2014.
