Pen tool points and crop tool race away from image.

This is hard to describe and therefor search for.

When using the pen tool I click a point down and when I grab the modifying arm to adjust the curve, if I'm close to the edge of the monitor PS will move the image away to make space for the point I'm dragging, this is a normal function, but it does it with such speed that I wind up miles away from where I started. It makes no sense that it should move so quickly.

I have the exact same problem with the crop tool. If I Command+0 image and then grab a corner, if I move even a few pixels away from the image the crop tool races away, leaving me with like a 1000% bigger image area. When I try to move slowly back towards the image the same thing happens in reverse and wind up having selected none of the image.

This can't possibly be the intended speed of this function.

Ok, turns out this only happens when I use the shift key...
