Would be great to be able to view the whole image at "fit to screen" and have a loop at the same time to be able to make very fine clipping paths.

Also would be cool to have a snap-to button so we can make paths very close, and it makes it even closer based on pixels. Like a useable version of the Magnetic Pen tool.

You can already create another view of the document at a different zoom, or use the navigator palette to see the full image.

And the magnetic pen tool already exists, and does snap the path to pixel edges.

The navigator pallet is not a live view and and no one uses the magnetic pen tool for professional work. There is no precision.

The navigator is a full document overview even if you can't edit in it. And again, you can create a separate document view at a different zoom level - and that is a "live view".

And yes, people do use the magnetic pen tool for professional work, because it quickly and precisely snaps the vector to the pixel boundary. But the magnetic pen tool (like most edge following tools) works best on strong edges, not low contrast edges.
