i changed permission to watch folder (Adobe File watcher service) to give the service the access to the network. I added a folder to the watch folder with NOTIFY option and then OK. I quit to Organizer, and restart it and nothing happends, I let time to do things, but nothing new appear. Then i Enter again to watch folders to see whats new, and after no news in the 5 times tried this I see that the watched folder dissapeared from the list. and this error happends all the time that i want to give a new opportunity to the watch folders service. :(

See that old faq by John R Ellis:

I don't think many users have succeeded in enabling watched folders on a network.

Any adobe employee that want to debug my situation? Isnt a permission problem. Else i have to find another organizer because my photos are on our NAS. I thought that migrating from google picasa to adobe software will be a goal. But organizer is weak and buggy. :(

There has been several discussions in this forum about using NAS with the Organizer, and the answer has been that you can try it, but that you'll get no support from Adobe: the software has never been meant to be used on NAS from the beginning.
We'll see if employees confirm that, or if they simply advise to migrate to Lightroom. You'll get interesting posts about LR on networks in the Lightroom user to user forum.

Not sure if the equivalent of the 'watched folder service' works on networks...
