PDF help for PSE 8 and organizer

I'm looking for a link to a pdf help document for photoshop elements 8, also the organizer.
There was a previous question where Jeffrey Tranberry linked to what was supposed to be the right page but was for PSE 11.
I do see one for PSE 9 but I think that the change from 8 to 9 was considerable.
