Lightroom CC: Billing issue

On my account Adobe ID was no money and payment for the monthly using of the product didn't come. Now I fulled my card and twice payed for my Adobe ID. But my Adobe Lightroom CC license didn't start :( What should I do?

Try sign out and then sign back in using your Adobe ID to see if that helps.
