Payment done but not received access to my account. can anyone help?

I am from India. 2 days back I tried purchasing the Lightroom Mobile. The money got deducted from my account but not yet received the featured access to my account. I tried contacting them through the website but no one is there active on chat or the given number was off..

I checked the email address you've used to register at this forum but do not find an active subscription here. Is it possible you registered this purchase from a different Adobe ID?

Thank you for the reply Rikk, The same address I used to login in Lightroom Mobile. I can try with another ID but what about the payment which is already deducted from my account..?

Hello Ganesh, Please confirm that did you receive the Google order receipt post the payment was deducted from your account?

I didn't received any receipt nor access to the account. That's what I am posting it here.. I can show you the transaction which says the RS 320 got deducted from my account.

I understand the issue Ganesh, the transaction did not go through completely and thus Adobe has not received the order (so, we won't be able to refund the amount). Incomplete transactions generally results in refund of the amount to Indian bank account within 5-7 working days.
But still to make sure that the amount is not stuck, please get in touch with the Google Playstore Support team.
