Paying for subscription and telling me I need to subscribe to download PS and LR

I purchased the monthly plan over a year ago. I ended up having to have work done to my computer and my programs got wiped. I haven't used it in quite a few months, but my $10 gets taken out of my account every month. I logged into my Adobe account tonight to reload PS and Lightroom (which I actually purchased Lightroom separately before.) Now it is telling me that I need to purchase a monthly plan to install Photoshop. So why have I been paying for a monthly subscription for months for? How do I fix this? Would like a quick answer so that if I need to cancel my subscription I can. Thanks

Hi Heather, your account appears to be active. Have you tried simply signing out and back in to the Creative Cloud app? http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud...

Let me know if that doesn't solve the issue for you.
