PHOTOSHOP - Pattern filesize on Win7

In the latest PS CC 2014 I have a startup issue on Win7. There are problems with the patterns file size. I have installed some patterns from subtle-patterns (Filesize of the .pat file in Programm Folder is ~ 50 MB). On startup PS needs a lot of time to load presets, and the workspaces are broken - no panels appear. After some seconds when I want to open a File I get a message "Not enough RAM available".
If I delete the patterns folder, so Photoshop generates the defaults everything's OK. This issue is only on Win7 on PS CC 2014. Not on my Mac, and not in previous Versions on my Win System.

Yes, if you have a lot of patterns loaded or several huge patterns, that could take a long time to load at launch.

But also it is possible that a corrupt patterns preferences file could cause problems for the application. The application may not really be out of RAM, but the internal accounting for RAM space may be messed up due to problems caused by the corrupt preferences.
