Photoshop: Pasting smart objects produces strange pixels

can anyone help me with this problem?? It happens after pasting smart objects, and also when creating smart objects....

What version of Photoshop? What OS/version are you running? Can you provide a sample PSD file that exhibits this behavior through Creative Cloud or Drop/box

I can't repro the problem offhand. Can you provide a sample PSD file that exhibits this behavior through Creative Cloud or Drop/box?

The corruption is on "layer 46" above the smart object.
But so far placing, transforming, moving, even filtering the smart object in your document does not produce any corruption or problems in Photoshop CC 2015.1.2.

Can you give us the output from Help->System Info so we can get a few more details about your setup?
