Panorama function in LightRoom 6 does not always get it right.

The panorama function does not work always right for me. Some times the left picture ends up at the end on the right of the panorama. I have had panoramas where one of the wrong pictures shows in the middle.
This happens a lot of times and I wonder if anybody else has that problem also.

The strange thing is that if I use the photo shop method like I did in Lightroom 5, the panoramas stich perfect.
Any thoughts on what I can do to have the panorama function work correct in lichtroom 6.

Thanks,
Bert Schmitz

It would be good to show us examples if you want an opinion about why something isn't stitching.

Sorry for the confusion.
In my first reply I added the same two pictures.
This one is the pano made in photo shop 5 from the same 4 images.

Can you supply the four originals? Upload to Dropbox.com and post a link, here?

Does it happen if you start with JPGs instead of RAWs? If so you can upload the JPGs so the data is less.

Sorry for the delay I was gone for a few days. To answer your question, no it happens only with RAW files. From this 4 files I think the first and second file will not align in LR6, even given the fact that they 20% overlap. As said before, if I create the panorama with photoshop it works fine.
Here is the dropbox link to my Sony Raw files.

I was able to repeat your results.

I have transmitted the first three raws to Adobe with an explanation so we'll see what happens in future versions.

Thanks, Steve
I hope they will find a solution soon.
I send the link with the 4 files also to a friend in Holland who has LR6. The strange thing is that he could make a correct panorama in LR6 from the 4 files.
