Photoshop: Palettes goes out of screen, instead of gaining scrollbars.

Palettes goes out of screen, instead of gaining scrollbars. This makes some of the options on the "layers" palette unreachable...

How big is your monitor? Are you using more than one monitor or switching monitors with Photoshop open?

Hi! Thanks for your replies, sorry for taking a long time. So I've updated to the latest version (2015.1), but the problem persists. It's been like this ever since the first dark GUI. Im on a macbook retina (Late 2013). I don't use an external monitor, only the built in display.

El Capitan 10.11.1

I tried to make a screencast, but after the latest update the problem was gone. So thank you, if you guys had anything to do with that.
