Paid for Premium but account is still 2GB limit

I have a subscription for Premium and Adobe recieved payment for it for two month now. The account was Premium for a week and then went back to 2 GB "Free" I have contacted support many many times since the problem started more than a month ago. 8 times support has failed to contact me as promised but you didn't fail to withdraw more money for the Premium account. It's been a week since Support promised to contact me the last time within 48 hours.

Apologies for the delayed fix here.  I do see the problem with the account.  It is due to a known problem that we are currently fixing.

I have gone ahead and given you a complementary subscription through the end of this year.  But, in order to take advantage of that, you will need to stop auto-renewal of your current subscription.  Please go to
